Ancholme Rowing Club informed me that they do have a flag. They don't have a flag of a separate design, but they do use their emblem on a flag.
The emblem, as shown on their website, is a cross paty inside a belt and buckle with the text "Ancholme Rowing Club", in capitals, all blue. The emblem is shown on a white background, so I expect the field of the flag to be white as well. This matches the club's blades, which are white with a blue cross paty. The web graphic includes shadows and the slightest of mirroring below, but I expect those do not appear on the flag.
Ancholme Rowing Club is a small rowing club located in the heart of Brigg, in Lincolnshire, on the Old River Ancholme.

Additionally to its location the Ancholme Rowing Club website adds they are
"...located in the historic market town of Brigg where [we have] been promoting rowing for all abilities for the past 151 years making [us] one of the oldest rowing clubs in the UK."
The two logos are from the club website (cited by Peter Hans above), but I was unable to locate a picture of their flag.
