The flag of Saint-Pierre, hoisted in front of the town hall, together with the flags of Alsace, France and the European Union, is white with the municipal coat of arms in the middle.
The coat of arms of Saint-Pierre is D'azur au senestrochère d'or
mouvant du flanc dextre, tenant une clef contournée d'argent en
pal ("Azure a sinister arm or issuant from dexter holding a key
contourned argent per pale").
The key represents St. Peter, for whom the village was named.
