The municipality of Pelahustán (305 inhabitants in 2018; 4,446 ha) is located on the border with the Province of Ávila (Castilla y León), 80 km north-west of Toledo.

The flag of Pelahustán is prescribed by an Order issued on 6 May 2003 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and published on 16 May 2003 in the official gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, No. 70, p. 8,894 (text).
The flag is described as follows:
Flag: Rectangular panel, in proportions 2:3, horizontally divided in three equal stripes, the upper, red, vthe central, green, and the lower, white. Charged in the center with the crowned coat of arms.

Coat of arms: Per pale, 1a. Gules a pillory argent, 1b. Or a flax plant vert, 2. Argent two caldrons dancetty or and gules. The shield surmounted y a Spanish Royal crown.
