The municipality of Padrones de Bureba (46 inhabitants in 2010; 2,032 ha) is located in the north of the Province of Burgos, 60 km of Burgos.

The flag and arms of Padrones de Bureba are prescribed by a Decree
adopted on 12 March 1998 by the Burgos Provincial Government, signed
by the President of the Government on 16 March 1998 and published on 2
April 1998 in the official gazette of Castilla y León, No. 63 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:
Flag: Castilian quadrangular flag, with proportions 1:1, green. In the middle of the flag is placed the municipal coat of arms in full colours, surmounted with a Royal crown closed.
Coat of arms: Quarterly, 1. and 4. Gules ten fesses or, 2. and 3. Vert a tower argent masoned sable, all over a Bourbon oval escutcheon, grafted in base argent a pine vert. The shield surmounted with a Royal crown closed.
