The current flag was adopted sometime between 2010 and 2014. It features the agency's current logo centered on a white field. The logo itself is a blue circular seal showing white silhouette of presidential palace cupola with the blue background modified to appear like a circuit board. The agency's acronym and name appear in grey letters beneath the seal. Photos of the flag can be seen here, here, and here.

The Oficina Presidencial de Tecnologías de la Informatión y Comunicación (OPTIC, Presidential Office of Information Technology and Communication) is an arm of the Executive Office of the President of the Dominican Republic, "created with responsibility for planning, directing, and implementing the necessary measures for electronic government through the dissemination and sharing of information technology and communication," according to the agency's website.

The previous flag, still in use in 2010, also featured the agency logo of the time centered on a white field. That logo consisted of a six-rayed dotted starburst made of green center and dotted rays in shades of grey with the agency's acronym and name of agency stretching toward fly. A photograph with the flag can be seen here.
