The flag of Villa Hermosa can be seen in several photographs online, particularly here, here, and here. The flag features the municipal coat of arms centered on a light green field, sometimes with a gold fringe. The shield is divided by a white bend sinister, stretching from upper right to lower left. The top half of the shield shows a farmer and two horses or donkeys in gold on a blue background, while the bottom half of the shield shows gold and silver cogwheels on a red background. The shield is encased in a border of silver vines and leaves on a background the same shade as the flag's field, and topped by a gold crown.
