Fictitious "Nedermarken" (i.e. Nethermark) expresses solidarity with Denmark, the latter country having been under attack in the case of the (in)famous Mahomed caricatures a number of years ago.
Predictably a sudden sympathy for things Danish arose among European rightist groups, an example of which was the solidarity march at Amsterdam, Netherlands, on 25 Feb 2006.

Nedermarken isn't really fiction. First of all, there are several "Nedermarken"-s in Denmark: streets, hamlets (n.p.i.) and the like. But more importantly, in 2006 this was a real, if apparently rather unorganised, movement, and with a real flag. Don't know about today; the movement may have consisted of a single demonstration. It was also very much a Dutch movement.
I've drawn the flag to match the version in the blog. As a result the hoist quarters aren't completely square, since the vertical arms of the cross are at a third of fly at the 3:5. The width of the white is between Dannebrog en Driekleur as a fifth of the hoist. <nl_ndmk.gif>
It appears there's no standard design, though, with a shorter flag visible in a photograph at <http://www.actiefront.nl/?p=280>, and a flag drawn longer at <http://kleinverzet.blogspot.com/2006/02/nedermarken-frihed-demo.html>.
