Shield parted per fess, above Argent a gridiron Gules, beneath Azure a bend Argent charged with three annulets Azure.
Meaning:
The gridiron is the attribute of St. Lawrence, the local patron saint. The bend with annulets is taken from the personal arms of Julius Echter of Mespelbronn, Bishop of Würzburg.
