Shield parted per fess, above Argent two grapevines Azure leafed Vert, beneath Azure an anchor Argent, flanked by two triplets of grain ears Or in fan.
Meaning:
The grapevines are symbolising viticulture, the grain ears agriculture and the anchor shipping on River Saale, not on the name giving River Salza, which is too narrow for shipping.
