Shield parted per bend , in sinister chief Argent an eradicated oak Vert, in dexter base plain Vert.
Meaning:
In the 19th century the municipality used a seal, displaying two knife blades addorsed with initials "AH", based on the arms of the Counts of Bissingen-Nippenburg, former local rulers.The current pattern with the canting oak (German: Eiche) was drafted and adopted in 1948 without approval.
