Shield Azure with base wavy Or, a demi-lion rampant Or issuant from a stake dam of the same.
Meaning:
The base wavy is a representation of the Inn River. Lion and dam are taken from the family arms of the Counts of Baumgarten, who ruled the Lordship of Ering since 1508. The counts also had the local cognisance until the middle of the 19th century.
