Shield Argent a sinister facing griffin rampant Gules, in base two barrulets wavy Azure.
Meaning:
The blue barrulets are a representation of the rivers Inn and Rott. The griffin is taken from the arms of the Benedictine Vornbach Monastery, which had been of great importance for the development of the lower Inn valley upstream of Passau. The griffin is also representing the former Vornbach Municipality. The tinctures blue and white are those of the Wittelsbach kin, who built the local castle in the 14th century.
