Shield Argent a grapevine with stem and leaves Vert and grapes Azure
Meaning:
The arms are symbolising the local viticulture. Local seals were based on the 1807 pattern of the Badenian arms. Parted per bend sinister above was the Badenian bend and below a grapevine on a red background due to the Petra Sancta encoding of the seal. Later seals displayed the grapevine alone.

Banner and arms were never approved officially. The current version of the arms was adopted in 1921.
