Großheubach Coat of Arms

Shield parted per pale, at dexter Argent a saltire patty Sable, at sinister Gules a 6-spokes wheel Argent.
Meaning:
The dexter half is taken from the local court seal, in use at least between 1654 and 1804. The seal depicted the saltire flanked by a monogram "IHS" with star at the top, a plant with three blossoms at the base and two heraldic roses on flanches. The saltire is considered to be a differentiation of the arms of the Teutonic Order, local ruler between 1291 and 1483. The wheel displays the arms of the Archbishopric of Mainz, local ruler between 1484 and 1803.
