Shield Gules a heart Argent charged with a grapevine Azure, superimposing two arrows Or in saltire and flanked by two 6-point stars Argent.
Meaning:
The pattern is known from local seals since 1777 and all court seals through the whole 18th and 19th century. The grapevine probably is symbolising viticulture. The pattern was restored on municipal seals since around 1920. The tinctures were fixed in 1965. Red and silver are the tinctures of the Bishopric of Würzburg, to which the village belonged from 1612 until 1803.
