Shield Azure, a horseshoe Or over a pair of bars wavy of the same.
Meaning:
The horseshoe was a local symbol and appeared on boundary stones and at least since the 19th century on local seals. The bars were taken from the arms of the Schmidtberg kin, local rulers from 1649 to 1778.
