Shield Gules, a V-shaped left arm of a knight, completely covered by armour Or, chief Or an antler Sable.
Meaning:
The current arms were adopted in 1931. The antler is referring to Württemberg, the arm is referring to the family arms of the local Lords of Zell. Before a seal displaying an initial "Z" beneath the antler was used as court seal since the 18th century and as village mayor's seal in the 19th century. The tinctures of the current arms were fixed in 1949.
