Shield Vert, a bend wavy Argent, in sinister chief a 6-point-star Or, in dexter base a linden branch Or with five leaves.
Meaning:
The municipality is located on the banks of the uppercourse of Waldach River on the eastern edge of the Black Forest. The green colour is representing the forest, the bend wavy the river. The star is taken from the family arms of the Lords of Neuneck. The branch is taken from the arms of the Schütz of Eutingertal family. In order to represent the five parts of the municipality the number of leaves was changed from three up to five. Both kins had been local rulers in the past.

Banner and arms were approved on 3 March 1978 by the county administration, published in GABl 326/1979. Please note that acc. to approval the banner colours should be white-green, but evidence above didn't match that claim.
