Shield parted per pale, at dexter parted per fess, above Argent a spearhead issuant Gules, beneath Sable, at dexter Argent a knife Azure and a chief Gules.
Meaning:
The dexter half displays the family arms of the Lords of Stiebar, who had the local cognisance from the 13th century until 1762. The tinctures of the sinister half are those of the Bishopric of Bamberg. The knife is an attribute of St. Batholomew, the local patron saint.
