Flag of Klatovy is different than the other boring Czech municipal flags:
four equal horizontal stripes white - red - white - red. (You've
surely noticed, that most flags were of two stripes, white over red,
white over blue or yellow over blue). The colours are derived from the
Arms of the town. It was created after WWII.

Klatovy - centre of okres in Pilsen region. It used flag with
red and white horizontal stripes. I don't know exactly, but I think that
the flag had four red and four white stripes.

Curiously enough, I have in my collection the four striped flag as the
official one and the one with eight stripes as a variant.
