Flagdescription: two vertical stripes white, green, proportioned 1:3;
the white stripe at 3/4 height with a red horizontal stripe of 1/4 flagheight;
in tophoist a black eagle with two yellow cloverstems on its wings, beaked
and membered yellow, with a red tongue.
Flag adopted 8 June 2004.
Homepage: The Coat of Arms is nearly
identical (green field is 1/2 width of shield).
