We do know that flags for all emblems exist, as the legal
frame is the same for both kinds of symbols.

Boa Vista is one of 22 municipalities (councils) in the Cabo Verde. The flag
is modified logo on a white background. Photo of the flag and digital image of

Town of Sal-Rei was/is the seat of the Council of Boa Vista, within the
(Portuguese) Cabo Verde. Its symbols were published in the Government Gazette on
01.07.1955:

Sal-Rei FLAG -
Quartered in white and red. Cords and tassels of silver and red. Gold pole and
spear.

Sal-Rei Arms - Quartered shield. In the first and fourth, in red, a silver
salt shaker decorated with gold. On the second and third, silver, a band of blue
catfish. Mural wreath of four silver towers. White ribbon, with the words "VILA
DE SAL-REI".
