Overview

The department's web site at <www.tolima.gov.co> show a black over white flag. However, the description is on a white over green flag as follows: "La bandera del Municipio de Ataco está conformada por dos colores, la parte superior de color blanco, refleja la pureza y honradez de su gente y la parte inferior de color verde, significa la esperanza por mejorar las condiciones de vida y dignificación del habitante atacuno. Este símbolo, fue asumido desde 1984 con la Asamblea Legislativa del Tolima."

Variant of flag

While it does look black and white, it (now) is very dark green, G++, over white. The flag image is close to 3:5, which results it. (It might be 5:8, though.)
I've redone this with standard green, and with the same 3:5 ratio as above. (In other words: I recoloured that one.)
