See also:In "The dragon's teeth" there is a photo of a flag, called "a
replica of that of the Japanese Resistance University which was established in
the former Communist stronghold of Northern Shaanxi." The flag is red with
three white wavy lines at the bottom; in the upper hoist is a red,
white-fimbriated star with a black horseman, around the star some white Chinese
characters; in the lower fly another two white Chinese characters.

The motto on the canton is: "Unity, Intensity, Activity,
Solemnity", a favourite catch cry during the Cultural Revolution.
