Argent, a Dog rampant Sable, langued and priapic in his virility Gules.
Željko Heimer, 1 December 1999

I suggest "Argent a greyhound passant Sable [, langued and eviré Gules]". The bit in brackets could be ommitted as it is usual heraldical practice to show it likewise, except when the field or the charge are Gules themselves. Also please note that the dog is passant (or at least salient, since it has two paws on the floor), not rampant.
Santiago Dotor, 2 December 1999

I have problems with calling this rampant. Rampant means having one leg on "the floor" while three "in air" and is vertically positioned. Salient is similar but "bendwise", not vertical. I have not found the position with two legs "on ground" and two "in air" in my books, but basically the same position of Schaffhausen ram is described as "sautant" on FOTW. Would that be right?

[Since we don't see the ground, the dog could even be standing on three legs (which is the impression I have)]
