Adelaide Metcalfe – Following a Township wide survey conducted in 2017, the
Council of the Township of Adelaide Metcalfe has adopted a new logo. The survey
results indicated that many residents favoured a change to a more modern
identity for the Township.
“The progressive decision by Council to
modernize our Township image is vital,” says Mayor Smith, “updating the Township
logo is the first step in the branding strategy of the Strategic Plan”.
The original Township crest was designed in 2001 as part of the amalgamation of
the former Townships of Adelaide and Metcalfe. The new logo was created as a
tribute to elements of the original crest with emphasis on the strength of the
unified Adelaide Metcalfe.

The Township of Adelaide-Metcalfe has informed me that it has a flag, but has
no image, picture or documentation to send me.

This flag might be a former flag, as the township recently changed its logo,
but I have no information about that.
