The State of Rio São Francisco is not a formally established Brazilian state,
but a project for the creation of a new state that would secede from the eastern
part of the State of Bahia.
To be considered a state, Rio São Francisco
must fulfil several requirements in the Brazilian Constitution for creation of a
new federal entity, including a referendum, which has not happened yet.
But on the other hand I do think that it would be relevant to contain this
information as well as the flag and coat of arms of this new state in the link
related to the State of Bahia.
