The photo referred to is from the gallery at
http://council-services.ararat.vic.gov.au/sister-city/gallery/7, and shows
Ararat representatives presenting a flag to the local government (or possibly to
Taishan No 1 High School, which also received a flag) during a sister city visit
to Taishan in Guangdong Province, China.
The flag is white with the city
logo. The logo includes a green mountain horizon behind a blue clocktower rising
to the right of a red factory-top silhouette and a white space in the shape of a
ram's head with a yellow horn, and above a yellow stripes continuing up to the
right as a picture of a field of wheat or similar. Below this is a red bunch of
grapes, and to the left two blue curves make the shape of another hill. Below
all is the name "Ararat Rural City".
