The Agostinho Neto Pioneer Organization (Organização de Pioneiros
Agostinho Neto in Portuguese) (OPA) is a pioneer movement in
Angola. It was founded as the
Pioneers after independence in 1975 and the organization took the name of Angola's first
president, Agostinho Neto, at its second conference in November 1979,
following Neto's death. The OPA is led in its day-to-day affairs by the
ruling MPLA's Youth Wing.
According to this
source, the flag of the OPA is light blue with the organisation's logo in
centre.
