Definition of official flags

The second subgroup of flags in the group of "Standards and High Dignitaries Flags", prescribed in the 1937 law, includes flags for the high dignitaries of the state, which are called "official flags" (službene zastave).

The Regent's standard (službena zastava Namesnika) is a white square flag with a blue cross (width of the arms: 1/5 of the flag width) and the state coat of arms (width: half the flag width) in the middle. This flag was used by the two members of the Regency that were not from the Royal House.

Prime Minister's standard

The Prime Minister's standard (literally, "standard of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers", službena zastava Predsednika ministarskog saveta) is a white square flag with a blue border on the top and a red border on the bottom (width: 1/7 of the flag width) and the greater coat of arms in the middle.
