The Band

The Te-Moak Tribe of Western Shoshone Indians is a federally recognized Tribe with its own Constitution amended in 1982 and Corporate Charter approved in 1938.

Te-Moak Tribe of Western Shoshone is a federation of four bands - Battle Mountain Band Council, Elko Band Council, South Fork Band Council and Wells Band Council.

Wikipedia shows a different flag, with the logo and name horizontally in sepia tones.

I didn't find any kind of symbols for Battle Mountain Band. Elko Band has a logo and flag for the Shoshone Welcome Center based there. South Fork Band and Wells Band have logos, too, but I didn't find any mention of the flags.
