Description of the flag

According to the agency's Wikipedia page (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maryland_Transportation_Authority_Police), the Maryland Transportation Authority Police (MdTA Police) is the seventh largest law enforcement agency in the state of Maryland and "is charged with providing law enforcement services on Maryland Transportation Authority highways and facilities throughout the state." The MdTA Police also provide contractual services at Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) Airport and the Port of Baltimore.

The flag of the MdTA Police, as shown in photographs at c1.staticflickr.com/7/6237/6383808885_8edb9fe8a5_z.jpg and c1.staticflickr.com/9/8151/7371409746_ece4bae2ce_z.jpg, features the badge/logo of the MdTA Police centered on a white field. Arched in black letters above the badge/logo are the words "MARYLAND TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY," with the word "POLICE" in black letters below the badge/logo.
