Description of the flag

It is a blue - white vertical bicolour with a coat of arms in the centre. The arms are as follows: white with five blue quinas having a red bordure displaying seven golden (= yellow) castles, realized as towers. Above is a red Phrygian cap with a green and red cockade, flanked by two green branches of olive fruited black.
