Topólka - rural commune, Radziejów County, Kujawsko-pomorskie Voivodship.
The Arms of Topólka Commune were designed by the students of the local primary schools in 1998.
The winning design shows the green poplar tree (polish: topola) with nine leaves and triple root.

The flag is the CoA on the yellow rectangle.
