The flag of Oslomej, as shown on Wikipedia (image no longer shown), is horizontally divided red-black-red with the municipal emblem in the middle.
The emblem is made of a shield with two red scrolls above and below it, each charged with eight white stars. The stars must represent the 16 settlements forming the municipality. The shield is red with the helmet of Skanderbeg, a white open book and a black power plant. The helmet of Skanderbeg, as well as the red and black colours, undoubtedly indicate that the majority of the inhabitants of the municipality are ethnic Albanians.
The power plant must represent the REK "Oslomej" power plant. Quoting the ELEM website:
REK Oslomej is the smallest thermal energy facility as part of the electrical energy system in Macedonia located in the vicinity of Kičevo. Its unit installation capacity is 125 MW with net annual production of around 700 GWh. REK Oslomej began its production in 1980 and has had excellent production results. Its installation power is 125 MW and provides for about 9% of the total electrical energy production in the Republic of Macedonia.
