Located in Ofu City Aichi Prefecture and established in 1965. The embroidered ceremonial flag has white background with a blue-green symbol mark in gold fringe. The symbol mark represents the time spent by those who gather at Shigakkan in a relaxed manner. The bottom two straight lines represent the school (Shigakkan) and the family, which will always be strong and supportive. The lines that intersect above represent the interaction between the people who gather at the school and their friends (friends and teachers). It is the school life of Shigakkan students who are nurtured in good health at this school. The flow from left to right represents time from the past to the future. The overall image is reminiscent of the Chinese character "至. The symbol color is "bright blue. The bright blue color expresses the youthfulness that Shigakkan exudes.
