Description

Introduced in Jan 2001. The flag of the Ministry of the Environment is a white flag with the logo mark consisting of green and light blue in the center. The upper green triangle of the logo mark represents the mountain, the natural world, the global environment. The light blue ellipse in the center symbolizes the clear water reflecting mountains, the sea, and symbolizes the affection that various people cooperate to cover and protect all people and nature. The green triangle below is the natural appearance on the surface of the water, which shows the activities of the human beings responsible for today's environmental problems. In addition, by expressing the top and bottom of the water surface as a unit, it shows the attitude to advance efforts to solve environmental problems with the public while disclosing information. Overall, the logo mark represents a solid posture to deeply carve the importance of the environment in our hearts, and protect it, and a determination to change for the century of the environment.
