A flag for the Principality of Belka can be seen seen in this
Wikipedia article. It seems
to be a clone of WWII-era Germany. Flag is horizontally-divided
black-black-white-gold, the two black bands divided by a thin gold one. Points
for not resorting to a cheap Nazi knockoff.

Erusea is a state situated on the western side of the Usean continent. Flag
is orange, with white decagon in center, containing orange pentagon, in turn
containing seven white stars. It appeared in AceCombat 04: shattered

The Independent States Allied Force is a coalition of neighboring countries
banded together in response to Erusean agression. Flag is
blue, with white triangular emblem in center and "ISAF" below.It appeared in
AceCombat 04: shattered skies. The publishers’ website can be

The Federation is apparently the game’s stand-in for the
US so despite its name, this seems to be a country.

The flag has 6 (large) countercharged stars, the blue is dark, and there is
a 7th small star to the upper left of the ring.

I caught a glimpse of the Osean flag as a shoulder patch on the flight suit
of one of the pilots in the game. The flag is rather plain, and rather
reminiscent of the EU flag. It’s a horizontal
bicolor of white on top and light blue on the bottom. In the center is a ring
or circle of twelve orange-ish stars. I haven’t been able to determine
yet if the stars are actually orange or gold, since you only catch short
glimpses of the flag in the game.

A flag for the Republic of Ustio can be seen seen in this
Wikipedia article.
Ustio is a breakaway part of Belka but otherwise modeled after Spain. Flag is
white over red with a black triangle overall.

A flag for the Union of Yuktobanian Republics can be seen seen in this
Wikipedia article. The
Union is higly reminiscent of the Soviet Union; the flag
is as well — red with gold vertical stripe in fly and leaping buck in
canton.
