Description (Spanish): Bandera de proporciones 2:3. Entada al asta, de azul turqui, cuatro fajas ondadas de plata o gris perla. Al entado de rojo tres veneras doradas.
The flag was adopted on 17th January 2002.

Translation:

"The ratio of the flag is 2:3. With a wedge at the hoist (or. wedged at the hoist) it is turquoise blue, divided by four barry, wavy lines of silver (white) or pearl grey. Within the red wedge are three golden scallops."
"Wedge" should perhaps be translated as triangle. The scallops are Venus shells (the term "venera" is normally used for that kind).
