Adopted: 3 November 1995. The official text (in Estonian) concerning the adoption of the flag and the coat of arms of the city of Kilingi-Nomme was to be found at www.kilingi.ee (defunct). The flag is B-Y-B-Y-B-Y horizontally, proportions are 7:11 (or 105 x 165 cm).
