Description of the flag

The University of Northern British Columbia is located in Prince George, British Columbia. There is apparently a university flag which is described in the university's Graphic Standards Manual.

There is also an excellent color image of the university Crest, which is actually a proper heraldic coat of arms. This can be seen at the university page on the coat of arms.
